Return Shipping

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
2. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Refund Processing

1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Shipping costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at Support@surviri.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as “final sale” are non-refundable.
2. Gift cards and vouchers cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
